This November, Mr. Smith makes his second role debut of the season as Roméo Gounod’s timeless opera, Roméo et Juliette. Presenting an expansive reimagining of one of the most sorrowful love stories ever told, the opera portrays a love that defies societal norms, with its inescapable tragic conclusion. This production by Simon Godwin also features Rosa Feola as Juliette, Justin Austin as Mercutio, Duke Kim as Tybalt and Hunter Enoch as Grégorio, conducted by Maestro Evan Rogister.
