debut at Opéra National de Paris
Adam Smith makes his house debut at Opéra National de Paris singing Cavaradossi in Puccini’s Tosca. Following his 2022 performances with English National Opera, The Guardian wrote, “Smith meanwhile makes a tremendous Cavaradossi, his arias gloriously phrased, his way with words often immaculate, and his high notes thrillingly sustained…”
In Paris, he appears alongside Elena Stikhina as Floria Tosca and Alexey Markov as Scarpia, with Oksana Lyniv on the podium.
